Who put fiber in my cottage cheese?

I got a couple of four-packs of my favorite baby poop like cottage cheese - and now this:  FIBER.  How did fiber get in the cheese?!  What is the fiber?!  I must know these things - and there isn't any information to be found online about this.  It's the Breakstone's Cottage Cheese in the red snack packs, with newly green lettering on the front.  " For digestive health."  Screw my colon, I don't want my cottage cheese to change!  Anybody know why/what the fiber IS?
