yesterday I went over 1 point lets try better today don't go over 24 points

Good job counting points. I know it's tough but it gets easier. I am getting ready to count points starting next week. I will miss my potato chips, because those babies have way too many points! (By the way, is one point over really bad? I don't think so!)
You have 35 extra points per week or 5 per day plus you can swap out exercise points. I'm supposed to have 22 pts per day but with the extra points and swapping out exercise points I can have 30 points a day and still lose weight.
Do you have any of the weekly 35 points remaining? And if you go over, exercise a little more to add in that point.
It gets easier!
