I'm doing better!

According to the WiiFit, I lost 1.5 pounds since I used it last (which unfortunately was 6 days ago). But it's progress nonetheless, so I'm happy.

I began to improve my diet on Monday. I've been bringing low-fat granola and celery for small snacks during the day.

I worked up quite a sweat on the WiiFit, and I've got more home renovations planned that will definitely work my arms and back.

Hopefully I'll continue strong on all of the self-improvements I've been trying to make.
