A couple of "kicks" I have been on lately is putting frozen fruit in yogurt and then eating it after the fruit has defrosted (usually only 15 minutes after sitting on my desk!). Frozen strawberries are really conveinent to keep on hand and can easily be thrown into a Danson 60 calorie yogurt for a great and filling treat!
