I swim once every week at times twice all depending on my time.I love swimming as it gives me more energy to jog and it helps me to avoid food as long as am in the pool

I would like to get back in the pool! At least twice a week, up to 4 times per week. Eventually I would like to get back into open water swim races again!

I swim with every bit of equipment I can get, including an Ipod shuffle, training snorkel, mask, noseplug--you name it. I look ridiculous, but it helps get the job done.
