These white pimples on your lips may only be minor salivary glands that you can readily see now as a result of mucosal ulceration, or they may be Fordyce granules (minor sebaceous glands).
It could be caused by a STD infection from your wife. Sometimes a women may have a STD without showing signs in the beginning of the infection.
It's best you see a doctor to get evaluated.

I am married and have recently had oral sex with my wife. It is not immediately that they appear but usually within a day or two. My wife is having no signs or symptoms at all. What is going on I totally hate this .
