I would like to start working out, during my lunch hour, I'm looking for the closes place I can do this at. I am located on Welch road. Please help. I would also like to learn how to changes my eat habbits cause there really bad and I don't want my daughter to pick up my bad habbit's.

if  i read these messages it makes me NOT want to eat too much. I have cut down so i can lose weight. The medicine I take makes it hard for me. WATER is important too!!

I don't know if you got my first comment on how I took off the weight.  I ate right. lowered carbs and up'd my protein. I ate 6 small meals a day and drank allot of water.  It did not come off easy so you must be patient.
