Hi mavaric.  I see this question is almost a month old. I am sorry. I just found it. It does sound like you have a stone in your salivary duct. if your cheek swells, that may very well be the case. The thing is, to be sure it is not an infection, or other harmful process, it is best to have it checked by the doctor. If that diagnosis is confirmed, the treatment could be warm compresses to the area. Here is a link for you also:

The salavia gland on the left side of my face is hurting me and it feels like its producing saliva during the course of the day i find my self wipping my mouth because of the sensation but i never see it. I guess its happening inside my check and i cant see it. How can I treat this iritation?
