That is how I felt yesterday when I took my first spinning class at the Y. I thought it would be a nice change, but it was tough! So, this morning I went for what was supposed to be a nice, easy run and I just felt miserable. My buns are a little sore and I just could not get into a rhythm. I guess I will have to stick with running. :-) How about the rest of you? How have you been filling your post marathon time?
