missed period with joint swelling and pain

I am a 41 year old mother of 3. My period is late and i am experiencing sudden severe pain and swelling in my hands, lower back, hips, knees, ankles and my feet. i also have numbness and tingling in my left arm from my elbow to fingertips for the last 2-3 weeks. (my husband had a vascectomy 7 years ago and I am completely faithful to him.)
