Day in the Life

Today was a run-of-the-mill day filled with work and errands. It wasn't the most nutritionally balanced day, but I did OK calorie wise. If you are ever looking to give in to a sweet tooth craving and have a Carvel by you, their fat free soft serve ice cream is great! My helpers put some purple sprinkles on mine, which made it extra nice ;-)

Breakfast
1 whole wheat bagel square (150)
1 T. almond butter (90)
1 t. rasberry jelly (20)
1/2 c. oj (55)
vitamin

Lunch
*2 pieces turkey club sandwhich on whole grain w/ no mayo or cheese (200)
fruit (40)
1 small cup of Carvel fat free ice cream (160)
*Looks delicious in the photo, but is was not good. I ate two pieces just to avoid starvation, but I did not enjoy it.


Snack
1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge (35)
pretzels (50)
100 calorie pack (100)

Dinner
1/2 turkey sub w/ provolone (200)
baked chips (100)
1 chocolate chip cookie (140)
